God Is Not Dead!
God is NOT dead!
He’s not on a sabbatical.
He hasn’t retired.
For many of us, He is the cornerstone of our lives. We’ve been taught to read the Bible, follow the Ten Commandments, and obey the laws of the land since we were born.
Today we see constant and blatant sin wherever we look. The devil is working overtime. God is challenged, mocked and called a fairy tale. How did this happen? When?
The heartbeat of this treachery beats from within institutions of higher learning. We send our children off, believing they need education for this challenging job market. What we get for our money is overt Indoctrination of their thinking, a programming of liberal, anarchist philosophies.
Academia and the media have a brand new religion. They worship a god called science. Sounds innocent, right? Following scientific principles. But these same institutions go a step further. They tell our children American values are based on superstition and a lack of understanding the science! There’s contempt for Christians, an implication we either don’t understand or we flat out reject science.
We understand science! Gravity, storms, earthquakes and other natural disasters are out of our control. The world actually calls these events Acts of God! Odd, since they also say He doesn’t exist.
Covid is science, they say. Mask up. Hide out. Sacrifice your lives. Global warming is science, they say. If you argue, they call you stupid.
We are called to fight this subversive attack against God and His people. We are the remnant He is counting on to be His feet, hands, eyes and heart as we face this last assault by an enemy who knows his time is short.
God can be trusted. He is very much alive, the same yesterday, today and forever. How many times did He forgive the Israelites in the Old Testament? Countless times. His Word is always true. He will not be mocked. He’s been rejected, insulted and treated with contempt. Make no mistake, He can take it. He’s waiting for us to put on our armor and cry, “No more forever!”
This enemy has taken away our rights and freedoms bit by bit, line upon line and precept upon precept. He knows the Word, knows it’s power. He lulled us into sleepy contentment.
Fortunately, God woke His sleeping Army in time! We cannot give another inch. We lost prayer in schools. We lost the right to celebrate Christian holidays in the government offices and buildings we own! No Ten Commandments. No Christmas decorations. Yet we have Muslim Prayer bells ringing in downtown Detroit! We have proposed sexual education that is provocative, seductive and capable of causing gender confusion.
Equality is not the enemy’s goal. Traditional values are on trial. Unless we stand up for God and the Bible, we will soon discover it isn’t just our beliefs he wants to silence; it is us, our children, our way of life. Our freedom of religion has been the enemy’s goal all along. And he’s no less than halfway to victory!
Time to stand up and fight!
